Travel Planning Services

Delightfully Wicked Travel provides travel planning and booking services for vacations including, but not limited to, Disney destinations, cruises, Universal, and all-inclusive resorts.

All services are provided in partnership with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

Pricing & Availability

All quotes provided are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing is not guaranteed until a reservation has been secured with a deposit or full payment.

Travel suppliers control pricing and availability, and changes may occur due to demand, promotions, or supplier updates.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure any reservation.

Quotes are not held or guaranteed until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed
The deposit amount and due dates are determined by the travel supplier
Final payment deadlines will be provided at the time of booking

Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be provided at the time of booking.

Some reservations may be non-refundable
Cancellation fees may apply
Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the travel supplier—not Delightfully Wicked Travel

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Travel Documents & Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required travel documents are obtained, including:

Valid passports
Visas (if applicable)
Identification required for travel

Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and no refunds will be issued.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to an existing reservation may be subject to:

Supplier change fees
Fare differences
Availability at the time of change

Responsibility & Liability

Delightfully Wicked Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

Changes, delays, or cancellations by suppliers
Injury, loss, or damage during travel
Acts of nature, weather, or unforeseen events.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a quote request, making a payment, or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions to the specific vendor on which you are traveling.
